OUR TEAM

Ken Peterson and Brett Boes take a team approach to any building or renovation project that they undertake, recognizing the strength of a team.  Many of our team members have backgrounds in architecture, engineering, and construction that extends back over 30 years. The team members that have studied and practiced in these fields bring a wealth of knowledge, a passion for their craft, and a practical hands-on experience with them to ensure that each project is a success - from the concept and design on through to the final brush of paint. Our trade partners have been building with us for years and are carefully selected for their knowledge, experience, quality, and even their politeness. Together we create an unbeatable result.

OUR PROGRAM: 

Whether the project is a new residence or a seamless renovation, we first establish needs, budgets, and timelines before moving on to design and interior and exterior architecture. Our field crew will develop a timeline for the project while our selection team will help you coordinate all of the selections and choices you will make during the construction of your project from our Wellington Chase Selection Manual. From our collective input, we will develop a detailed Project Manual from which the project begins.
